Well you can get a snake that eats eggs or fish. Theres some ones, I'll go to the local pet stores to see if they let me take some pictures of them.

Elachistodon westermanni and the Dasypeltis this last ones aren't venomous, but sure check out the exact specie you can get, might be good before gettoing into it.
I have heard the Garter or Gardner snakes of the genus Thamnophis usually feed on fish and frogs, and theya re lightly venomous, it might be a good choise too, and i hear they are cheaper than other snakes.
